Cisco Bug: CSCvu67893 - DOC: ISE TCP keep alive time should be documented
Jul 20, 2020
- Cisco Identity Services Engine
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: It is important to know that the TCP keep alive time on ISE is one hour in order to adjust the TCP timeout values accordingly on the firewall if one exists between ISE nodes. The below document should list this value somewhere in a general heading or footnote for customer awareness. https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/ise/2-6/install_guide/b_ise_InstallationGuide26/b_ise_InstallationGuide_26_chapter_0110.html Conditions: Firewall TCP timeout set to 60 minutes. ISE TCP keep alive is set to 60 minutes.
