Symptom: Refresh Upgrade Unexpectedly Fails Conditions: preUpgradeCheck-00022.cop or Refresh Upgrade disk space calculations pass but during Refresh Upgrade we run out of common partition disk space which leads to an unexpected Refresh Upgrade. This is observed in a very heavily populated IMP Cluster Publisher Database One of the contributing factors of running out of common partition is logging in to this /common/external folder that customers don't have visibility to, so they can not clean it up..
