Description (partial)

Symptom:
Broadcast may not Tx an Ethernet port for VLAN's allowed for one of the port-channel member links.
ARP request or any other form of ethernet broadcast may not reach destination. This would lead to no connectivity for affected hosts.

Consistency check will report failure for VLAN membership:
