Description (partial)

Symptom:
NP port names corresponding to ports 0,4,8,12 are not displayed correctly in the output of np_perf. Output shows "XFI 10 <n>" instead of "TenGigE0_...".

Conditions:
Observed in the output of np_perf utility on 3rd generation Ethernet line cards (aka Tomahawk) of ASR 9000 Series Aggregation Services Routers, on TenGige breakout ports and on A9K-48X10GE-1G/A9K-24X10GE-1G line cards (aka Powerglide).
There is no operational impact.
