Description (partial)

Symptom:
Webex Teams (WxT) application is registered to Unified CM. Webex TP Device is enabled for Hybrid Calling. When the device dials out to the WxT user - the call is sent via Locus (Cloud) and also forked by Cloud to the Enterprise. The call hits Unified CM through Expressway which sends the call back to Expressway to deliver it to WxT. WxT receives a second call while the Locus call is still ringing.

Conditions:
WxT registered to Unified CM and Webex TP Device enabled for Hybrid Calling.
