Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Emails stop polling from the Outlook account to MM Monitor. Conditions: The issue happens when the customer sends an email from Comcast email account and later send the request to recall the email. The recall email Message-ID contains more than 225 characters. We are working on enlarding max number of characters on our system.
