The "%MeetingPassword%" variable is not reflected properly when added as a variable in the subject for the email templates "Meeting Invitation " or "Meeting Scheduled

Steps to replicate:

1. Go to Site administration page, for example -> Configuration -> Email -> Email Templates -> Filter for "Webex meetings" templates -> locate "Meeting Invitation" or "Meeting Scheduled"

2. Edit the template "Subject" field with the variables that are supported for these templates according to our documentation and matrix and save it. For example: 
%MeetingNumber% %MeetingPassword% %MeetingTime%

3. Go to the Webex site and schedule a meeting ->fill the required fields, type a valid attendee email and schedule.

4. The Invited attendee will receive an email with the meeting invite having the following subject line:  
123 456 7890  %MeetingPassword%  (Instead of getting the Meeting Password value)

Expected Behavior:
    Subject line should include the Meeting Password , for example:
             123 456 7890  "TTzHm86ZaD9" 8:45 pm

Current Behavior:
    Subject line is NOT including the Meeting Password. It only includes the variable:
               123 456 7890 "%MeetingPassword%" 8:45 pm
