Description (partial)

Symptom:
CSR running 17.2.1 IOS-XE version in AWS will reapply the platform bootstrap configuration again after the user performs a first reload of the instance. Issue is specific to 17.2.1 and will be seen only in CSR deployed in AWS.

Conditions:
Issue will be seen when we reload the instance for the first time. Issue impacts if the CSR is created with a 17.2.1 IOS-XE version in AWS and will not be seen on upgrades/downgrades between the IOS-XE releases. 

Config properties that will be reapplied are: 
1) hostname <>
2) crypto key generate
3) vrf definition GS 
4)i p route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 GigabitEthernet1 <>
5) ip route vrf GS 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 GigabitEthernet1<> global
6) app-hosting appid guestshell config
7) ip access-list standard GS_NAT_ACL
