Description (partial)

1. Users may show as "Unknown"
2. UA app shows healthy connection to FMC
3. Packet capture on FMC shows UA is sending mappings to FMC
4. FMC is not building User-IP mappings files on backend.

To identify this issue, follow these steps. 
1. Log into the windows machine where User Agent app is installed. 
2. Navigate to User Agent install directory
Example : C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco Systems, Inc\Cisco Firepower User Agent for Active Directory
3. Open Tools.exe
4. Navigate to Query tab
5. Run this query 
select * from sourcefire_dcs;
6. data_format should be "2".
