Symptom:
# AnyConnect version 4.8.03036

# The systeminfo_result file from DART bundleshows the end PC system timezone of GMT+8 (matching to the enduser PC). However, the NAM logs show the timezone as GMT-8. Same is the case with AnyConnect logs.

# Verified on my office laptop. My system timezone is GMT+5:30. The systeminfo_result file of DART bundle show the timezone correctly. However, when checked the anyconnect logs (I do not have NAM module in my laptop currently), the timezone is shown as GMT-5:30.
