Description (partial)

Symptom:
fc member port of san-port-channel stays in init state.

Conditions:
Normal operation, san-port-channel created out of 2 or more fc interfaces.

The problem described here is mostly happening when fc 1/1 is part of the san-port-channel.
Lab testing showed also a situation with i.e. 4 fc ports in the san-port-channel it can also effect
i.e. port number 2 or number 3 in the san-port-channel. It may not always be the first fc port on a module.

If there are at least 2 fc ports in the san-port-channel the channel itself is reported as active.
