Description (partial)

User is able to log in, but phone services are not getting connected on Jabber version 12.8.x (tested all releases: 12.8.0, 12.8.1 and 12.8.2).

Jabber release 12.7.x is working fine

User is connected through AnyConnect VPN, however the IP Address is not being set on the interface due to fact that's it not being discovered by jabber:
