Description (partial)

When the root node used for BGP optimal route reflection feature is an ABR, it's not deterministic in which area the metric calculation is going to happen on the RR.

The orrspf process picks the first node with the root router ID that arrives at the RR.

Problem happens when ORR root node is an ABR which advertises its TE router ID in multiple areas
