Staff Hours data goes missing and you'll see 00:00:00 in ASR Analyzer Site Staff Hours report. 
If we notice this data miss on any day this means further from that date to till date the data will be missing.
Hence, there will be discrepancy between the Historical ASR report and Analyzer ASR report staff hours.

One of the components at CJP end goes into bad state and stops data processing. As soon as the data processing stops, Analyzer ASR report data about agent login time and logout time is not fed. So you'll not see Staff hours, Occupancy and Call Handled as all shows "0".
