Cisco Bug: CSCvu64082 - Jabber OAuth Login Error 'Cannot open page, try again later' with Jabber 12.8.1 over MRA without SSO

Description (partial)

When any user tried to log into Jabber client, login is unsuccessful with error message "Cannot open page. Try again later".

Steps followed:

  1.  Set ‘OAuth with Refresh Login Flow’ to ‘Disabled’ on CUCM
  2.  Reset Jabber
  3.  User logged into Jabber client
  4.  Placed test call from 1003 to 1004
  5.  User signed out of Jabber client
  6.  Set ‘OAuth with Refresh Login Flow’ to ‘Enabled’ on CUCM
  7.  User logged into Jabber client, login unsuccessful and ?Cannot open page.  Try again later? error displayed

Note, problem is experienced with Jabber 12.8.1 using basic authentication, problem is not experienced with Jabber 12.8.1 with SSO enabled, following the above process works with Jabber 12.6.1 with basic authentication and SSO enabled.
