Symptom:
Oauth2.0 with Office365 not working for Government Customers with Cisco Unity Connection not able to fetch the token from Azure due to 400 Bad request coming from Azure

As per Microsoft they Have Changed the URL for the Government Customers from .com to .us  , This Might Follow Accordingly for other Customers in future while developed for other countries like Germany  etc …)
