Description (partial)

SIP calls that are placed on hold or transferred after being received will change from ‘Active’ CallState to ‘Connected’ CallState on CUBE.
The calls do not change back to ‘Active’ when taken off hold or answered post transfer.

Happens in case of hold / resume or call transferred scenarios.
