Description (partial)

Symptom:
Some users are experiencing a pop-up message from Jabber for Windows, not allowing to add any more users to a group chat after it (even when selecting Cancel or Continue):

"One or more users cannot chat
 Your company policy  does not allow you to start a group chat with one or more of the selected  participants"

The pop-up appears when the user is on a conference call and selects the option to start a group chat with all of the users involved.

Conditions:
Jabber for Windows
Some of the users involved in the call don't have jid, email.
