Symptom:
HX connect Disk Overview UI would report error 'Internal service call failed'

Conditions:
HX Edge/ROBO Deployments
HXDP 4.0.2b or higher
All SCVMs (or underlying HX Hypervisor nodes) were rebooted simultaneously due to power-outage or some sort of reboot-testing, etc.
