Cisco Bug: CSCvu63570 - Error Code: CTI-1 on Finesse Desktop when call is forwarded to Voicemail.

Description (partial)

Symptom:
When the call is forwarded to Voicemail for the second non-IPCC extension. The agent is unable to end the call. Error "Cannot perform operation. Error Code: CTI-1" shown on Finesse desktop.

Conditions:
The Phone device has two extensions.
One is IPCC extension 13003 and the other is non-IPCC extension 12003 .
If IPCC Extension 13003 calls Non-IPCC extesnion 12003 from the agent Finesse and the 12003 does not pick up the call and call is forwarded to voicemail.
Now if the Agent in the finesse tries to end the call, there is an error: Cannot perform operation. Error Code: CTI-1. The call cannot end from the finesse. 
The only way to end the call is from the CIPC.
