Description (partial)

Symptom:
With the new Jabber behavior in 12.7, if any one UC Service Token gets invalid, Jabber disconnects from all other UC Services. 

Example: If Voicemail Access Token gets invalid or expired, Jabber Phone services and other services fails prompting the user to signout and signin again. 

This has to be documented in our release notes or feature guide under OAuth section.
