Description (partial)

Symptom:
In IM&Presence server, there is a condition which needs reverse pointer lookup to be configured for the client machines where Jabber is installed. 

IMP server does a reverse lookup for the client machine during the TLS Handshake stage, if this reverse lookup fails, the TLS Handshake times out in the client machine specifically in VPN Condition. 

This condition needs to be documented in the IMP Install guide or Config/Admin guide.
