Description (partial)

There is a condition on IM&Presence server now that needs the IMP server to do reverse pointer lookup for host(jabber) machines during TLS handshake.

If the reverse pointer lookup is not available for the Client/Host machine Subnet, the TLS handshake times out causing Jabber login to fail.

IMP server needs the reverse pointer lookup for the Client/Host machine subnet and not the host ip address itself.

This enhancement is to remove that condition as it is not feasible/scalable to configure this on DNS server.
