Description (partial)

Symptom:
a. Upon SF card reset from vCD, sub disappears on the CP, but active on the UP. When UP sent SX_SESSION_REPORT_REQUEST to CP with USAGE REPORT, CP returned PFCP_CAUSE_CONTEXT_NOT_FOUND in the SX_SESSION_REPORT_RESPONSE message and call was disconnected with Disconnect Reason: sx-cntxt-not-found.
b. When sub reconnected, customer noticed sub had double session on the UP.
Both sessions has same IP address, different sessmgr instance, different callid.
One of the sessions was staled.

Conditions:
Testing vHGW CUPS solution with VMWare deployment.
vPC-DI/CP (SF and CF) not in ICSR mode
vPC-SI/UP with RCM deployment (N:M), 2:1 on the day of testing.
