Cisco Bug: CSCvu62893 - Self-provisioning IVR goes silence if the user choose option before the prompt finished

Description (partial)

Symptom:
when multiple languages configured for the Self-Provisioning IVR and if the user select the language before the prompt finished the user will hear silence.

Below testing gives more information on this issue.

First test :
1)User called 1113 and chose 2 for Danish before all 4 languages were spoken. And there was silence.
2)User called 1113 and  waited for all 4 languages to be read and then chose 2 for Danish. Now he got the option to choose 1 to add a new phone or 2 to replace an old phone.

Second Test :
1)User called 1113 and chose 1 for English before all 4 languages were spoken. And there was silence.
2)User called 1113 and  waited for all 4 languages to be read and chose 1 for English .Now he got the option to choose 1 to add a new phone or 2 to replace an old phone.

Conditions:
more than one language configured for self provisioning IVR
