Symptom:
In EPNM 4.1 I106 build 423, I see below regression issue which works well in 4.1 I105A build 380

Go to below reports, create a new one, enable scheduling csv export, click Save and Export, then you will see the error occurs Failed to generate report

Testing is still on going so maybe more reports will fail.


This bug also happens in all the upgrade to 4.1 I106 build

Conditions:
