Description (partial)

Symptom:
ActiveControl (iX) is enabled on CUCM and CMS and negotiated for conference calls.
Jabber clients are calling into CMS conference and see participant list with ability to Mute/Unmute
When number of participants joining CMS conference is growing Jabber is consuming more CPU resources
When number of participants joining CMS conference is close to 200, Jabber is processing Mute/Unmute actions (clicks) with delay or not processing
With more participants conference all users are experiencing device performance degradation:
- mobile devices are worming up and battery consumption is significantly increased
- PC/Mac CPU used by Jabber is going high (up to 100%)

Conditions:
ActiveControl is enabled
more then 100 participants in conference
