Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a guest login request is received by callbridge from webbridge, the logs say "Guest login request" with a incrementing number.  Example "Guest Login request 5".  When callbridge creates the guest account, it only states: 'host:server:  INFO : created guest account with user ID "guest2704419416@tplab2.local"'.  In a busy environment, it is not possible to correlate the login request with the Guest account created.

I ask that the callbridge logging for when the guest account is created have a prefix: "Guest login Request 5: created guest account user user ID...."

Conditions:
when trying to follow a log in attempt, this would help tie requests to user accounts.
