Cisco Bug: CSCvu61825 - Enhancement - logging to easily identify user names, IPs, and type of client
Sep 02, 2021
- Cisco Meeting Server
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: This serviceability enhancement would help when troubleshooting connection drops if our logs did a better job of identifying which login belonged to which user. An idea would be to add a line that has the "username" entered as the name to identify them in the meeting, source IP the login came from, guest account user, and type of client used, conference name: ex: host:server: INFO : call 32: allocated for email@example.com - "Web client" conference participation - Username 'Darren" to conference 'test.space' Conditions: This would help with idenfiying users and meetings quicker when troubleshooting issues such as call drops.
