Symptom: Web Callback reports showing incorrect call status intermittently for web callbacks Conditions: Under Web Callback Reports inside the WxCC Portal, some calls intermittently reflects incorrect status of processing. Even after the callback is processed by the system, the processing status remain "Scheduled" .
