Last Modified

Oct 11, 2020

Products (1)

  • Cisco DNA Center

Known Affected Releases

DNAC1.3.3.4 DNAC1.3.3.5

Description (partial)

Symptom:
When creating an IP address pool with Cisco DNA Center and Infoblox integrated, it was noticed that Cisco DNA Center does an API call PUT <Cisco-DNA-Center-node-ip./api/v2/ippool/group/<groudid>, which pushes and overwrites the configured DNS IP address into the Infoblox ddns_domainname.

Conditions:
This was observed when Cisco DNA Center 1.3.3.4 or 1.3.3.5, and Infoblox 8.5.1 are integrated, while creating an IP address pool in Cisco DNA Center with DNS settings configured via Network Settings.
