Description (partial)

Symptom:
Traffic does not pass to Internet when IPv private pool, IPv4 NAT pool  and MPN is configured in this combined use case.

UE  -  PGW -  [MPLS] ENTERPIRSE (using private IP pool -  10.x.x.x, MPLS-VPN)
UE  - PGW  - INTERNET (using IP private pool allocation, IPv4 NAT pool  to reach the Internet)  

In the above usecase, the traffic to Enterprise is working fine whereas traffic to Internet is not working

Conditions:
the following combination of configuration has to be enabled.

- iCUPS/full VPP
- IPv4 private pool
- MPLS VPN for Enterprise traffic 
- IPv4 NAT pool for  Internet traffic
- nat-bypass
