Description (partial)

When a type of call transfer occurs to Cisco Meeting Server space, the display name may not update on the webadmin to the correct name/number of the person who was transferred in.  The display name may still show as the person who conducted the transfer.

Issue occurs when the initial call gets replaced to another Cisco Meeting Server in the group. When the call is not replaced to another Cisco Meeting Server, the symptom does not occur.
