Description (partial)

Symptom:
While generating report from SMA or WSA GUI basis custom range, it shows data as per custom range in GUI however when exported in CSV format it shows it from 00:00 hrs as per time zone configured on the appliance. Exported report show this time converted to GMT format. This created discrepancy such as total bandwidth that it shows in GUI compared to exported report

Conditions:
Custom range selected in User report or Website report under Reporting Tab on SMA & WSA
