Symptom:
ESA/WSA need to configure 3des-cbc/blowfish-cbc ciphers and diffie-helman-group1-sha1 key exchange for SMA to communicate with ESA/WSA.  Both are reported vulnerable:

3des-cbc; CVE-2016-2183
diffie-hellman-group1-sha1; CVE-2015-4000
