Symptom:
Number of ECMP Paths for Flex Algo routes does not change as per the maximum Paths configured
show ospf routes flex-algo 160 3.3.3.3/32 

 Route Table of ospf-100 with router ID 6.6.6.6 (VRF default)

  Algorithm 160

  3.3.3.3/32, Metric 3, SID 163, Label 16163
      26.0.0.2, from 2.2.2.2, via TenGigE0/0/0/1
      

      67.0.0.7, from 7.7.7.7, via TenGigE0/0/0/2
          
If maximum paths configured is 1, you should see only one ECMP Path

Topology with ECMP Paths for Flex Algo 
and Configure maximum paths under OSPF
