Symptom: Jabber 12.8.x Jabber voice services are disconected after network bounce. Presence and messaging services are working normally. Restart of Jabber application is required to connect to voice services. Conditions: Jabber on Android devices. Jabber 12.8 and Jabber 12.7 CUCM and IMP on premise.
