Description (partial)

Symptom:
VLAN X  has VRF forwardig A
VLAN Y   has  VRF receive  B
VLAN X  is user vlan,  VLAN Y  is server vlan.
when a user in vlan X pings vlan Y  we see 50%  packet drops in end user PC
Core switch cat6k does not show any drop
Issue is seen on 15.5.1SY5. the issue is fixed when we moved  to 151-2.SY4a which is deferred release.
we can replicate it in the LAB.
tested it on few versions.  
15.5.1-SY3  , 15.5.1SY5   not  working
Same config in 151-2.SY4a   is working no Drops
