Description (partial)

Symptom:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Add a user in PCP with a endpoint and line (Say 120001)
2. Go to CUCM and add Device Profile and add same line (120001) to the device Profile line.
3. Assign the device Profile to the user
4. Wait for Change Notification to run in 5 mins.
5. The changes made doesn't reflect in PCP as a part of changenotification

You see below error in PCP
