Description (partial)

Symptom:
When an interface is converted from L2 [switchport] to L3 [no switchport] and defaulted afterwards it is possible that some of the previous configuration [such as interface description] will be retained after it is converted to L2 [switchport] mode again

Conditions:
- Cat6k switch
- interface is converted from L2 [switchport] to L3 [no switchport]
- interface is defaulted
++> some configuration might be retained upon converting it back to L2 [switchport] again
