Description (partial)

Symptom:
As of Contact Center Enterprise release 12.5(1), and earlier releases, there is no support for Mobile Agents using the Agent Request feature.  Customers have noted the business case for expanding support of Agent Request to include Mobile Agents.

Conditions:
Contact Center Enterprise agents deployed as Mobile Agents where also needing to leverage the Agent Request feature.
