Description (partial)

When enabling IKE (either v1 or v2) the following logs are displayed:

ASA(config)# crypto ikev1 enable <int_name>
%ASA-4-713903: IKE reserved IPSec UDP port 27910 on interface <int_name> successfully
%ASA-4-713903: IKE reserved IPSec UDP port 28166 on interface <int_name> successfully

Those ports are the big-endian representation of the RADIUS ports 1645 and 1646.

Enabling IKEv1 or IKEv2 on the interface.
