Symptom:
VPLS traffic fails due to hardware misprogramming

Conditions:
This is seen after LSP path change between LDP and MPLS-TE. This is accomplished by flapping the core link, or shutting down one of the links that can trigger switchover between LDP and MPLS-TE.
