Description (partial)

Symptom:
When creating a remote repository, if the user sets up a password that has 6 or more characters and it does not follow the policies listed below:
1. Have lower case letters.
2. Have upper case letters.
3. Have numbers.
all repositories disappear from the running configuration, as well as from the GUI, when listing the repositories by editing the Server Backup job. A placeholder on the GUI is presented as "DefaultRepo" (with a capital "D").
This issue does not occur if the password set has 5 or less characters.

Conditions:
This was initially observed in a Prime Infrastructure 3.8 upgraded from Prime Infrastructure 3.6 but it is also an issue on a fresh deployment of a Prime Infrastructure 3.8.
