Cisco Bug: CSCvu56914 - pimIfStats and igmpIfSats are not deleted after pimIf interfaces are deleted.
Oct 03, 2020
- Cisco Nexus 9000 Series Switches
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: pimIfStats and igmpIfSats are not deleted after pimIf interfaces are deleted. As a result NIR app displays empty pimIfs. Conditions: Upon a global trigger such as deleting the tenant or deleting the VRF, the underlying interfaces are deleted. But some of the interface statistics are not cleaned up. The user may find remains of certain interface properties even though the interface is deleted. This is a display issue only and does not affect the functionality of the protocol. NIR app which polls these properties may throw an anomaly but the issue is a false positive.
