Description (partial)

Symptom:
For 1810W OEAP AP, clocal clients (LAN or wireless) can not access the GUI of 1810WP AP. By default the local DHCP pool configured on OEAP AP is 10.0.0.0/24 and gateway IP is 10.0.0.1 which is the IP on AP. When the local client connect to the local LAN port (port3) or local wireless network, it gets IP in 10.0.0.0/24 network and should be able to access the WEB GUI using 10.0.0.1 IP address of AP. In current case, the local clients intermittently able to ping 10.0.0.1 but can no access the WEB GUI using same IP.

Conditions:
Any OEAP AP, not just 1810 could be affected
