Cisco Bug: CSCvu56325 - Unable to export "AP Down Resolved" Issues from Cisco DNA Center GUI

Symptom: In a 3-node cluster of Cisco DNA Center 18.104.22.168 appliances, following to Assurance > Dashboard > Issues > Resolved > Change the time range to 24 hours or 7 days > Apply > Click on Issue Type > Export, the report will export without issue for a 3 hour time range, but nothing is exported for the 24 hour time range, and the export button disappears when the 7 day time range is selected. Conditions: This was observed in Cisco DNA Center 22.214.171.124.
