Release-note

Symptom:
RPFO/npu_drvr process restart on RP restarts followed by LC reloads, partial traffic drop is seen.

Conditions:
First Trigger : RPFO or npu_drvr proc restart in RP
Second Trigger : LC reload

Not necessary that both the triggers have to be back to back. Time interval between the triggers do not matter.
