Documentation update needed on release notes

Symptom:
In the Cisco Nexus 9200 and 9300-EX Series switches, when I try to aply below acl on interface and try to send a fragmented frames from Ixia  and n9k interface mtu of 1500, nothing is getting logged in "show logging ip access-list cache detail" and show logging logfile | i i acl

        fragments deny-all
        10 permit tcp any any log [match=40202731]
        20 permit ip any any fragments log [match=0]
