Description (partial)

The underlying cause for this defect, presents in a number of different manners. Beneath are a couple examples: 
* Calls intermittently do not display in operator queue
* Console users are unable to answer queued calls
* Rare scenarios have observed this defect to lead to the Cisco Unified Attendant Server service terminating

The issue was traced back to instances where device names are presented in lowercase. This is typically only observed when customers are leveraging CIPC devices as the device names often leverage lowercase userids.
